I set a program to record on April 25 at 11:30 PM. It did not record. Strangely enough, it still shows in my Pending list. How can it be pending when that time has already passed? I had no conflicts, so that's not why it didn't record. Any ideas on what's going on here?

Is the recording service still running? Check the task list. If not, then it'll stay pending.

I believe so, I have other recordings. I'll double-check, though.

I have had problems with the recording service crashing since the update. It pops a "report this problem to Microsoft" message on the screen.

Post the GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log next time this happens. Also check what the crash message says in Windows Event Viewer.

Sure enough, the recording service was not started. Strange. Hmmm... gonna set the options to keep that started now.

I'm going to see if I can find those errors for you.

Set <BDAUsePsiParser>false</BDAUsePsiParser> in config.xml, but remember to set it to true if you ever need to scan for channels again.
