Live tv Pause Timeshift error

I am also having an error when I am trying to pause tv.
GBPVR says "Starting Timeshift Mode" then blinks for a sec. and I get the following errror.
"Error playing back the file"
This happens with the remote and the keyboard CNTR+Q.
Everything else seems to work fine. I'm able to record and watch the movies.
Anyone want to try to decypher these logs?

Try running ReRegisterFilters.bat

This did work!
First went in with administrative rights, and ran Re-RegisterFilters.bat from C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr directory and then tried to pause.
Seemed fine, so I logged in with the limited user that the machine always boots to and it now pauses fine.
