Loss of embedded EPG

I have a working installation, but it has stopped updating the EPG (I use the embedded broadcast EPG in the UK). Live TV works, as does recording set manually, but there is no EPG. I have tried manually emptying and updating it several times, but to no avail. It was OK a few days ago.
Does anyone know what may be causing this?

Click the 'update epg' button in the config app, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

Today it's worked, but there are a few odd gaps in the EPG. I notice that a couple of other users from the UK have been complaining about missing EPG, so maybe it's a more generic problem?

Logs attached as requested. I notice there are a couple of format-related errors related to the EPG data. Do you know what might be causing these?
