PVRX2 OSD skin.xml vs. Popups xml files

I am syntax adverse. I can't get my head around anything that is even a little bit complicated. The skin xml files in previous releases were beyond me.

I like the xml files in the Popups folder. One xml for each popup gets my vote.

It would be more consistent and easier for dummies like me (there must be one or two!) if the skin.xml file in the OSD folder was broken up into seperate xml files in the Popups folder.

I've noticed that changes to the OSD skin.xml only take effect when PVRX2 is restarted. Changes to the Popups xml files take effect the next time that the popup pops up, no restart is required. Being able to test xml changes without having to restart PVRX2 is a good thing.

I wont be splitting the OSD skin.xml any time soon. Its convenient to have this stuff in the one file. Its a pretty clean file and not that complex.

The reason the popups reload their skin is because they're recreated each time they're shown. All other screens and video players are cached, and already have their skins loaded so wont automatically reflect changes. (there is a keystroke (for skin developers) to force all new screens to reload their skin files, but unfortunately this wont work with the video OSD)
