I know this is under heavy discussion but does it look like we'll have a stable replacement for Zap2It before Sep 1?

Also, (in case I missed it) does gbpvr have the ability to skip rerun or old shows and only record new episodes?

Thanks
Reggie

we are waiting for the official "go here to replace zap2it" thread.

xsuite plugin adds the ability to keep track of shows recorded.
if another show pops up with the same title & description, it will skip it.

I just wish they'd hurry up and post the cost of service.

wow, I am liking what I see so far. (as long as the unannounced pricing is reasonable)

a specific "working GBPVR grabber" sounds to me like it will be easy to set up.

There are a couple of very successful alternatives already. The one that people are waiting for is SchedulesDirect and it will be a pay service. There is no news as to the price.

You will need something like I-XMLTV in order to differentiate between first run and re-run shows, so that GB-PVR will only record new shows for example...
