PsiParser.ax error during install...

Hi, I'm trying to install GB-PVR for the first time on a couple of PCs, but both times I've had an error about PsiParser.ax during the installation process, and the app doesn't work as a result.
What am I missing? Do I need something else installed first? I checked the Wiki, but didn't find anything. Thanks for any help!

Theres another file you need to install first. Its another download link in the first post Sub made. I had the same problem. If you do a search, you'll find it.
