some feature requests

I'll continue to include the old GBPVR.exe interface for a few more months, then it'll be dropped. I'm not going to provide any encouragement for people to stick with it.

I have a laptop that I use as a client that can't use a VMR9 renderer so it doesn't work with PVRX2 but can work with GBPVR using VMR7, It would be nice for this type of support to hang around even if GBPVR as the server goes away.

Unfortunately having GBPVR.exe hanging around causes me hassles since I cant freely modify shared DLLs without breaking GBPVR.exe. Having GBPVR.exe hanging around would effectively mean having to do double maintenance of both PVRX2.exe and GBPVR.exe, which isnt something I have the time for.

I know lots of people like to do skin or plugin development on laptops etc that might not be able to use PVRX2, so I'll add a command line parameter that can be used to defer the VMR9 capability check until video playback is needed. This wont help them watch video, but will mean they still do their skin and plugin work.

Sorry, I know that doesnt help your client keep functioning, but unfortunately its not a request I can easily accommodate.
