YOu can get a PIII 1GHz tower system for less than $90 bucks at a computer fair well in my area. But you'll have to put in the OS. Have you tried computer surplus stores in your area.

See then the case would take you up to $100...

You would need to go to a computer fair to get a bargain with cash that's what I did. They want cash anyway you get a discount.

You should be okay... How much is that surplus PC, make sure you check it out before you buy it. Open it up and turn in on.. Check the condition of inside PSU an etc..

Its going to be $55. I am going to give it a whirl.

I go to school for Information Systems and am A+ Certified.So aside from soldering new components on the mobo, I think I will be ok. At least I hope.:confused:
