TV-Guide: skin: thicker lines?

TV-Guide: skin: thicker lines?

The lines of the TV-guide are only 1 pixel thick. This causes some flickering on my CRT TV. I tried all parameters of the skin.xml; but can't figure out how to make the lines in the TV-guide 2 pixels thick.
Is it possible to make the lines of the TV-guide thicker?
