I Have a 42" Panasonic plasma and I sometimes get this green screen - and I can change "in-channel" from 21 to 2 or something like that on the Panasonic remote - to get normal picture - TV/AV or one of the color button I think

not in front of TV right now - but maybe this is your problem?
