ac3 filter broke in 1.1.5

all i get is static with ac3filter in the new release. ffdshow gives me a proper sp/dif passthrough but ac3filer has real time encoding.

I'm not aware of any changes that would have effected this, but reproduce the problem then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

figured it out. i had output spdif as pcm
