i am trying to setup MceEpg2XmlTv with qam tunning and analog tunning sources. is this even possiable?

MceEpg2XmlTv only exports the guide that is configured in MS Media Center. You can then map QAM channels to guide listings. For separate analog and QAM sources, you will probably need to download separate guides

For me since VMC doesn't let me select my HVR 1600 for QAM, I had to configure it for an analog lineup. Afterwards I used the command tools to list the headends which then provided the digital lineup code I use to update and download. I only have to use this one download to create the analog and QAM XML files using include/exclude files.

It has been flawless since zap2it died. Big Grin

If I ever would need to use VMC for TV I would have to use the command tool to switch back to the analog lineup.

yeah think i am getting it sorted out. the wiki was missing some things about what needs to be done in the gbpvr settings for the epg setup for the source since you have to set that up before you can move on.

i openen the digital time warner xml in note pad and matched up the hd channels and added then to the include.txt and then maped them after a rebuild of gbpvr epd rebuild.


but i am getting a "run-time error '5":"
invalid procedure call or arguement

when i force it to the system tray with http://www.teamcti.com/trayit/trayit.htm
