Using Showanalyzer in Vista

While this is not a GBPVR problem, I'm wondering if other Vista/Showanalyzer users have come across this problem. For a short while, I was unable to get Showanalyzer to work at all in Vista (after it had worked fine). I uninstalled, reinstalled and tried again and it's working now but I get the message below. I can understand if Showanalyzer is truly not compatible but why did it work fine before and why can others use it with no problems?

No, no user account changes. I recorded most of the night and there's problems with Showanalyzer. It took one program and broke it into 3 separate files and they were incomplete. On another file, it only spit out 26 seconds and then deleted the original file and on a third program, everything was perfect.
I'll hit the forums for Showanalyzer soon and see if anyone there has some ideas. This is something you should have to spend time on.
