1.0.16: Capture Source tuner order not sticking

It just affected the behaviour of the tuner that was selected when scheduling a recording if there were adjacent recordings, causing it select another tuner rather that the one being used for that recording. Setting <TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible> defers that decision until the time the recording is due to start.

I recommend people have the latest patches from the survival guide and the following settings:

<PreferAlternatingCaptureSources>false</PreferAlternatingCaptureSources>
<TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible>true</TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible>
