scheduled shows not recording

I upgraded to the latest version yesterday.

I thought at first I was going crazy, but now I know it is doing this.

several shows wont record.
in the guide it is red just 5 mins before the start time.
go back and look after the start time and it is no longer red.
latest show was "the colbert report"
during the day was a few episodes of "two and a half men"
last night was "south park"

at first I thought it was a problem with the channel, because they were all on the same channel, but "the colbert report" is on a different channel.

any ideas??

It looks like you've got some enabled digital channels on your HVR1600 which are missing the tuning information. I suggestion you view your digital capture source, then hit the 'map digital channels to epg channels' and make sure your channels are mapped.

yep, you got it.

when I reloaded the channels from scratch to get rid of the double listing in the guide, I didnt think to double check the setup for the digital channels.
