It would be nice if all the channels found during a scan could be sorted/catorgorized into provider groups. I'm having a bit of a time with finding the right channel. Example: Aminal Planet is listed 5 times as it is on different providers. Having to sift thru 300 channels is not fun!

As the preveiw window doesn't work as I'm using plugins with a cardreader, it get a bit tedius going back and forth to chech the tuning request.

On a side note, I havn't foud some channels. (I get them fine in DVBDream) Looks like I'll have to do a manual fix.

By "provider" I assume you mean transmitter? Or do you mean that you actually have 5 different content each providers transmitting Animal Planet on the same transmitter? Smile

If you mean what I think, then you can - in the dropdown when you scan - choose which transmitter you want to receive the channels from. If "your" transmitter isn't listed you really should try to find which frequencies are used by your transmitter and add it to the appropriate ini file and submit to sub... here in Sweden Teracom has a list, I'm sure Norway's equivalent has one, too... we just need to find it Wink

Ok, I'll look, but I don't think we are on the same page! I choose Thor, and of course, I brings in telenor (where Canal Digital are) + a couple more like Tandberg, ESS? etc. This list in the mapping will have all the channels listed with no way to sort if I'm not mistaken. Havn't found a way.

Or do you mean, make an ini file that just brings in the channels I want from Thor.

Takk for det!

*doh*

You're talking about DVB-S (right?), not DVB-T (which I was talking about). Sorry for the confusion. And I can't help you about dvb-s, I haven't got a clue about how that works Smile
