just see snow on pvr-500mce with rca input

hey i'm another newbie. All I want to do is play my xbox with my rca inputs, I don't care about any other feature. When I plug in my cable box with the coaxl input I get video, and I used the tuning assistant. Now the headache comes when i'm trying to use my rca inputs.....i tried the tuning assistant with the USA I even tried New Zealand and no luck at all I just see snow. *sigh* Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but this isnt the best type of card or application to do this. When you connect your xbox through GB-PVR the input is delayed about a second, which is enough to make game play suck, and make you seem like you've got the worst reactions ever.

Usually people would need to use an old software encoder card (like a bt8x8 card) if they want zero delay. That said, I have seen a couple of posts from people indicate they got minimal delay using the dscaler software so you could give that a go.

I dont know. I've never used it myself. I think I've seen comments indicating you can though.

That dscaler software works amazing with my xbox, but i'm also a moron because I never chose the composite option in gb-pvr. Thanks a lot for your help man.
