I am unable to get GBPVR to use the SVideo input on a new HD PVR .. Component and Composite inputs seem to work OK. If I select SVideo input and attempt to watch a show, GBPVR's display window remains black and PVRX2.exe-native.log contains:

To verify that there really was a good SVideo signal connected to the HD PVR I did the following:
1) Used Hauppauage's TME program to select and display the SVideo signal.

2) Opened lastgraph.grf (saved from above test) in Graphedit, and manually selected SVideo input (Hauppauge HD PVR Crossbar -> Properties -> Input -> SVideo in) to play the SVideo signal.

The attached logs are from four test runs of using Config to select input source of Component, SVideo, or Composite and then watching a show for a short time. For the folders named "Component", "SVideo", or "Composite" the folder names matches the selected and actual video signal source. For the folder named "S-Video - with Composite connected" the selected input was SVideo, but the actual input was composite .. from the above second test.

My HD PVR's revision level is D2, software is 1.0.5.307.
GPBVR is 1.3.11.

Bump ...

I have also noticed that the audio input source is not set by GBPVR. It defaults to the rear panel connectors after HD PVR power on, but can be changed to the front panel connectors by running TME before GBPVR. The front panel setting is remembered by the HD PVR even if it is turned off or power is disconnected. Not to convenient .. but it works.

You may be able to force the audio input by adjusting the AnalogHD.ini. I have not tried it but it looks possible. These are the settings contained in the ini file.

Code:
AudioInput=auto
;AudioInput=auto
;AudioInput=Audio Line In
;AudioInput=Audio SPDIFDigital In
;AudioInput=Audio AUX In

Enabling other AudioInput lines does not change the selected audio input on the HD PVR.

I think you can only have one enabled. It is either auto by default or you have to comment out that line by using ";".

I think you are correct. In my tests only one of the four 'AudioInput=' lines was uncommented. That should have been mentioned in my previous message.

Can you run filtercheck.exe from the gbpvr directory, then attach the filtercheck.log that gets created?
