Is this a known issue for which there is a fix? Sorry if there is somewhere and if someone could direct me I'd be very grateful. Ever since I installed gbpvr (pvrx2) I'm geting tuners displaying as missing if gbpvrtray.exe (the little power button symbol on the systray) loads at startup. I read a little about the recording service crashing out for some people, but I don't know if this prob I'm having is related. In my current config, I avoid the tuner failure on startup by having gbpvr recording service start up manually using a .bat file and with windows 'mssconfig' utility unchecking gbpvrtray.exe on startup that sits in some long string something like 'application data\microsoft\installler... I then open gbpvrtray.exe by going into the config program and then exiting. If I do this everything works fine and I can dual record, schedule and start system from hibernate etc. Otherwise with recording service auto start and gbpvrtray.exe on start, tuners show as non existant.
