Thanks that solved the web problem. I thought I had done this before but at least this time it worked. I hit the change button on the add remove applet and it ran an MSI but no options show up, seems as though it initiated a repair. After that the URL loads.

I'm still trying to work on getting FFDshow to work but its no big deal. Although it currently set to handle mpeg1/2 it does not appear in the drop down list of software decoders, as I said though its no big deal, I find its deinterlacing great and also its ability to crop video wonderful for letter boxed shows.

One more thing to mention Sub. I find that PVRx2 does not respect the aspect ratio of recordings, it always appears as widescreen.

Thanks for your help.

Press F7 until you're in the 'auto' aspect ratio mode. Also make sure your video decoder is set to something other than 'system default'.

Thanks for the help, and scratch the FFDshow, it seems to have come back after the .net fix as well.

Thank you so very much for your help. The recording tonight has started as scheduled. I have updated that manual recording and I have updated the pending for the next week as they are already scheduled.

Just to let you know, I believe GBPvr is awesome, I suggest to anyone that is thinking about or that currently records TV. I'm nervous about the Change over in the US but I'm sure you are on top of it because you aready have extensive support for external tuners. Your support is also something to be recognized. I have NEVER used a product where the developer was so accessible and so responsive. Thank You.
