I think there is an additional parameter that you can edit in gbpvr's config.xml (something like "always buffer fm radio", I can't remember at the moment) to get it working.

yes, i set that already, it records the fm radio to a file, but i couldn't listen to the radio live, no big deal, its the TV i'm interested in.
