I just recently ripped a few of my DVDs to ISOs and installed Daemon Tools to play them with GBPVR. I'm having a bit of trouble, however. Whenever I select an iso to play, it mounts the iso, but gbpvr loses focus and i can't control it with my remote unless I use the mouse to give gbpvr the focus again. I've disabled the Secure Mode. The only options i have running are Autostart, automount, and check for updates.

How are you running GBPVR? VMR9 Full Screen Exclusive? VMR9 Custom? EVR?

Weird, I use FSE with Daemon Tools and have had no problems... Try removing AutoMount and see if that helps. I'm not at home at the moment, but I can look and see what settings I have for Daemon Tools and get back to you.

I changed my Daemon tools to just Autostart and same thing. Still can't get the focus on to PVRX2.

Can you program in C++ or C#?
Basically, I wrote a program that runs in the background on my PVR (I use FSE as well).
It goes something like this every 10 seconds or so.
1- Find Window looking PVRX2: is GB-PVR open?
2- if yes, then Find Foreground Window.
3- is it GB-PVR? No, Set Foreground Window to GB-PVR.
It helps with DIVX stealing focus and a few other things. I can't seem to find the source ( I use a quasi-tame black hole as a filing system), but wouldn't be hard to reproduce.

try an older version of Daemon tools...I'm using 4.1.0 . I found the newer versions kept stealing focus. Oh yeah and don't use Daemon tools lite...it also has the same problem.

Funny thing is, it seems daemon-tools redid all their version numbering so now I'm all confused on what to recommend.

The file name I have is: daemon410-x86.exe.
E6400, 2 GB RAM ,500 GB + 250 GB HD, PVR150+ Adaptec 3610, RW 2 + HIP, Antec 2480 w/ mini ninja ...still using v 0.99
