Not sure how to search for this issue I have, so perhaps a new thread if anybody have encountered this and found a solution? I've just reinstalled my OS and reinstalled GB-PVR since I've gotten a 2nd HVR-1600. Both analog tuners on the cards work flawlessly, but both digital tuners are not registering any channel even though GB-PVR is reporting signal strengths and qualities at the right bands. Any ideas?

TIA!

Do a scan then zip and attach the logs and I'll see if I can see anything.

Here're the logs that have been changed/created when I did a scan. Hope these can help with your diagnosis! Smile

Can you see if the attached file makes any difference? If not, then zip and attach the config.exe-native.log it produces when you do a channel scan (there are some new log messages I'd like to see).

This is fantastic! It works! Does it mean that whenever I have more than 1 ATSC tuners (or is it more specifically more than one HVR-1600?) I'd need to use this DLL instead of the one bundled in the installation .msi?

You'll only need to apply that DLL again if you reinstall before the next release. After then it'll be included.

The bug only affected a small percentage of dual tuner users.

Sorry for the dumb question, but how do you do a channel scan?

A scan starts when you click the 'map digital channels to epg channels' button on a BDA capture source.
