How many have installed a plugin music player? How many go with the default? How many don't use music on PVRX2?

I use the default music player as I've still not had much luck with MP2. For some reason, it starts to scan and locks up. In the end, no matter how long I let it go, it only shows 3 songs on the menu. It's likely it's me thats the problem but the quality of sound isn't different so there's no problem.

If you use Other, please post a comment?

If you don't use Music Library 2, why not?

I've been a big fan of ML2 since I started using gbpvr - it was the first plugin I installed - as soon as I saw the spec on the wiki I was hooked. I don't really use winamp much now, except to maintain my ML2 playlists.

The fact that Psycik is still enthusiastically supporting and enhancing it is a big bonus (plus he never seems to get annoyed when I manage to break things).

I have used MP2 since I started using GBPVR. I use it because it allows me to locate a specific song, artist, or album based on the song's tag. I have a large MP3 collection (3000+) and it is harder to get to specific tracks with the default player.

MP2 has always worked well for me.

I voted nothing...I don't use my HTPC for music playback, but if I did, I would use ML2 since I have a very large library and it would better suit how I have it organized on my NAS drive.

I typically use the default ML when playing MP3's via my MVP's. Sometimes I'll mess about with ML2, but find it is sometimes overwhelming to remember how to navigate/which button does what/etc. With just short of 4,900 songs, sorting is somewhat of an issue. Wink

If I'm sitting at the PC I'll just use WMP to play MP3's.

Lately it seems that most often I just have a Net Radio station streaming to an MVP. I like the variety and the lack of annoying, repetitious advertising (it gets overwhelming on OTA stations these days). Smile
