ATSC channel config

Why is this so difficult?
I have 2 cards, 1. ATSC and PVR-150.

The PVR-150 is configed to S-video and get egp DirecTV from SD.
The ATSC is configured for OTA and gets egp from SD.

Once both capture sources are configured I think everything is fine.

The ATSC channels don't show in the TV Guide list at the begining, they are moved to the end in the 9000's and of course don't have any EGP data nor will they tune to the ATSC card.

What is going on?

Forgot to mention that the sources work fine by themselves.

Really I have 3 sources, but we don't want the PVR-150 OTA signals.

I can't seem to merge the channel data.
