[b Wrote:Quote[/b] ]With this setup can I also watch Live TV on each of the clients?
Yes, if a capture card is available, then it can be used by the MVP to watch tv.

[b Wrote:Quote[/b] ]If so will it work using client pcConfused instead of MVPConfused?
Nope.

Sub, or someone else who might know, you explained to me about the GBPVR not being able to use my mapped drive and that makes sense. I went back and tried using the UNC path and that didn't seem to work either. Is there an easy way to get GBPVR to record to a networked drive (since I have a order of magnitude more space there)?

You will need to have a user account that is identical on both machines that also may need Administrator access on both machines. Make sure the passwords are the same on both machines. Once this is setup, on your PVR box open the services screen and change the login information for the GBPVR service to the user account with password. Stop then restart the service and test all the functions to make sure it is working locally, then test the UNC path access for the service and test the functions again. Everything has to be in order for this to work, so take thing a step at a time and identify the problems as they occur.

Ahh, I feel silly now. I looked in the services listing for GBPVR but couldn't see it there in plain sight. Thanks for setting me straight jquinlan.

Not a problem, hope you get things working as you would like them.
