screen goes blank when no tuners available and a recording goes active

I reported this on 1.1.5, just encountered the same problem. I'm watching live tv, I have only 1 tuner. Let's say it's 10:59pm, and I have a recording set for 11pm. It turns 11pm, my screen goes blank. I have to hit the Back button on the remote, then try Live TV, and then it tells me "no tuners available" and gives me a choice of "don't watch tv".

If you have a recording scheduled, it will start recording. You would not be able to watch Live TV while a recording is in progress if you only have one tuner. You can watch what is recording semi-live from the Recordings menu.

My screen shouldn't go black. It should either display a dialog saying "no tuners available", or it should just go back to the main menu.

yeah, i have this issue too. If you manually type the channel number you were on before you try to change, then you can go back to the menu without having to restart pvrx2
