Download not completing.

I am a newbie!! There I've said it. I cannot get the latest version (1.2.9) to complete downloading. I have tried 'run' and 'save' but the download gets to around 13.9mb and then nothing else happens. I am not using a download manager, and my firewall is not preventing the download. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could it have been a temporary glitch? I just tried right now, and I get it to download completely. Try it again and see if you still have the problem...

Thanks for your help Stefan. I have downloaded other files from different places on the web without a problem. I have just tried again to download gbpvr and the same thing happens. Not to worry, a friend has downloaded it for me. Thanks.
