Thanks to this thread, I finally figured out out to have the same date and time format on the MVP/PCH as on the PC. In Vista on the Regional and Language CP dialog, Admin. tab there is an button to Copy to reserved account... Select Systems accounts and I'm done. Goodbye long format.
