No Resume in MVP-MAC section

I think it would be great to have a no-resume tag in the mvp mac section. My wife misses resume on the MVP's but it had to be turned off for the pch.

Try the attached patch. It should disable the resume prompting and any server side transcoding when you have <MVPClientType>PCH</MVPClientType> in the MAC section.

Thanks sub, this should make configuration easier. Am I right in assuming it also includes the patch to do a screen refresh after media play?
