Failed recordings indicator

I find it really annoying when scrolling up and down the recordings list I see something I want to watch only to find out when I select it that in fact it failed due to a clash. I'd like it to indicate that a recording has failed on the top level recordings list, maybe rather than saying '2 recordings' it could be '1/1 recordings', i.e. 1 workied, 1 failed or similar.
Hope that makes some sense.
