Timeshift stop after about 1 hour

It's not an EPG problem. I have full EPG on all channels and it is still going wrong when switching files. The follow on file is not formatted properly by GB-PVR since when I convert it to MPEG-2 using DVRMSToolBoxGUI it plays back properly in Media Player whereas the dvr-ms formatted follow on file will not, nor will it play in GB-PVR.

How big is this second file?

About an hour long. 1.5 GB I think. It's now been deleted

To be honest I dont know. I tried it here yesterday afternoon and it seemed to work fine for me.
