I have done something to my PC's settings so that I now get a jittery double image of everything that I watch.

Another TV-card program that I use manages to get the card to display OK.

Any help appreciated...

Thanks

PS
Windows Media Player 11 has also developed the same fault with SOME video files (not others)

I just reinstalled my operating system on my PC I am getting the same problem. I get the Jittery double image and haven't found a solution for it.

Does anyone have a solution?

I am running windows xp sp2 (tried sp3 with the same results) Nvidea 8800 ultra video card (no overclocking) and a Haupuppauge WinTV PVR2 USB2 (AVS) video capture card.

The media center worked on my system before I reinstalled the OS.

I am using the system default for the video decoder and using the MPEG audio for the audio decoder. Everything else has been set using the default settings, Except for the caputer source. I have it set for the Haupuppauge WinTV PVR2 USB2 card.

Thank you for the help.

Couple things come to mind,

Update your video card drivers
Try running overlay.
Try the quartz.dll fix.
Try the MPV and MPA video decoders.

It is most likely the video decoder. Try a different one.
