The text is no longer at the bottom now uses a popup so I have more display real estate to play with.

Expanded the list box from 5 to 19. So you can see more.

Works with wiki better and I have added some netflix feeds to the default feed list.

I have problems with rss reader and bladerhq wiki page used as originally supplied in newsfeeds.xml

error given on my Win XP Pro system (German OS, could this be the cause ?) - translated:
>> invalid data at root level, line 1, position 1 <<

anybody with similiar problems? was it my fault? or just because of latest gbvr version?

other RSS feed are okay : BBC, NY Times

two more feeds that don't run: Stocks and Freshmeat (invalid server here)

Probably the source has a dtd or something. I need to play with it.

That is actually the furthest I have come to skinning any of my plugins as of yet.

the bladerhq wiki RSS format is unchanged in the newsfeeds.xml file and as originally mentioned on the wiki page.

up to what revision of RSS do you support with the plugin?

As for the jukebox plugin, I dont really have the time to pick up another plugin unless it is one that would be very quick (settings or update plugin) until some of my other plugins get the features on their todo list. So far I have been modifying the ones that I originally started.

And I know jukebox has others that are heavily maintained like mymusic.

The problem with the bladehq wiki pages seems to come from the DOCTYPE declaration which is inside the XML file.

I downloaded the source of the plugin to see if I could fix this, but it seems that the source code in the wiki belongs to a previous version of the plugin.

Jorm, if you wan't I could fix this, and some other 'problems' in the plugin: I've got plenty of experience in C# and XML programming.
