Just resurrecting the dead . . . it's an interesting idea for a thread as with the net these days we're not limited to shows that air in our own country and it's fun to watch some foreign shows for a bit of variety.
Recently we've watched:
Non US based programs:
Underbelly - an Australian crime drama. It's good, but it's hard to follow as it has a ton of characters to keep track of. Season 2 has a GORGEOUS blonde "Kiwi" (NZ) actress named Anna Hutchison and (thankfully!) Aussie TV seems to have different broadcast standards than the US so we get to see a "LOT" of her!
Britain's Got Talent - just had to see what the Susan Boyle stuff was all about and if you're going to watch the clip on You Tube you might as well watch the whole show so you see the context of the performance and premise of the show (though there is a US version of the show, we've never watched it). We've enjoyed it enough to keep following it. We don't really enjoy the companion show Britain's Got More Talent though, I guess once a week for such things is enough.
For US based programs:
The Big Bang Theory - just a silly sitcom, but it IS funny!
Two and a Half Men - still funny even after several seasons and Jake getting noticably older.
The Exterminators - An A&E reality show following an "interesting" young fellow running a family owned exterminator company.
1,000 Ways to Die - Short series portraying odd ways people have died.
Reaper - Fun sci-fi type show with lots of humor thrown in.
Psych - A really observant guy that no one believes is that observant so he claims to be psychic and people buy that. Good humor in it too.
That's about it currently, though we do watch lots of documentaries and stuff on History, A&E, TLC, etc..
