Restart from System menu on MVP

Before I start trying to find out what I've done wrong...

Can anyone say if Restart on the System menu in 1.2.13 still works from an MVP using the standard dongle?

Another person asked about this a couple of days after the release and I let them know their is a config.xml setting they might have to change to get it working. Sorry, I'm not at my machine to check the name of that setting, but hopefully you'll be able to find the post.

Yep

Try setting <SystemRestartIsAppOnly>false</SystemRestartIsAppOnly> in config.xml
