Recording Import File Re-creation?

I did a fresh install of XP on my HTPC and thought I had a proper recordings exports file. But I guess I mucked it up! Is there another way to re-import my shows into PVRX2? Using the latest build. Thanks!

BTW, it can be a simple file. No show info or other information. Titles only would be cool.

Have a look on the wiki for a utility called mpegimport (or similar) designed to sort out this problem.

Before that, check for a recordings exports file with the BAK extension it will be a day older, but maybe intact.
