Thumbnail size

I am going to use GBPVR hooked to my new Sony 60" XBR2. I am using the latest community skin. In the standard Video Library application, what is the optimal size for the folder.jpg , and jpgs' that I will capture to use for each episode of a show? I have imported or downloaded a few from the internet and they aren't very big. I haven't hooked to the TV yet, only my LCD computer monitor. I don't mind creating them from screen caps, just looking to see if there is a maximum size I am restricted by, or if anyone can share the size they use on a similar display. Thanks...

I don't think there is a restriction on the maximum size. Right now I think the default screen shot capture resolution is 160x120, and I think you can edit this in the config xml.

From some very very rough maths, and presuming the Sony is a 1080p display, then I think CS3 would draw the thumbnails in icon mode at about 240x180 and at about 960x540 for the "previewImage" in filmstrip mode.

I'm not too sure about how GBPVR handles aspect ratio with those resolutions, I think it maintains it based on the vertical resolution.
