hash at top of picture on one channel

I added an ATSC tuner so I could watch NBC and one channel has a couple lines of hash on the top of the image. None of the other channels have this issue. Do I limit the size of the displayed image to remove this?

This is most likely the closed captioning data. Analog TVs hide this by overscan. Digital TVs usually have a setting to hide this. My Sansung LCD TV has a setting called Just Scan that shows the whole picture including the closed captioning data lines. Another setting called 16:9 zooms the picture just slightly to hide these data lines. See if your TV has something similar. If you're viewing on a monitor in GBPVR I believe there's a setting in the direct.ini file. Someone know the exact setting?
