Hi,

Does anyone know if / how to configure PVRX2 to delete two (or more) files from the recording menu when the files are different formats of the same show.

Background: I record all my shows in MPEG format and convert each to a AVI (for the playback in the kids room) but I'm not deleted the orginial file.
eg I record Bones I'll get

Bones_Man_In_Well.MPG
Bones_Man_In_Well.AVI

When I select delete within PVRX2, the system deletes '
Bones_Man_In_Well.MPG'. Can I change it to delete all files with this filename eg

Bones_Man_In_Well.*

I'm currently having to manually delete files via the video menu but it's not ideal as I'm having to confirm each file and it a pain.

Unfortunately thats not curently possible. It'll only delete the file referenced by the recording.

Does that config.xml only work with the old gbpvr.exe??? (and let you add extensions of your own)

Code:
<DeleteAdditionalExtensions>jpg,srt,txt,log,d2a,edl,csv,bat,wme,vprj,logo.txt,dvbsub,smi</DeleteAdditionalExtensions>

Good point. You can probably add it there.

Sub, is there an error in your config.xml ?? ..e,vprj,logo.txt,dvbs... should that full stop be a comma ??

meanwhile I'll give it a try and report back ... Thanks

No, its correct. I had meant it to be "logo.txt"
