With the release of the new installer I have finally compressed telnet and the gbpvr script into one script. I think I can deal with all problems now and the debugging requirements are greatly resolved by the installer.

However there are changes as you undo and unlearn what you did up to now. These new scripts are not available for download, they are created by the install program. Before creating them make backups of what you have working today.

Make sure you backup startmeup It will be overwritten and you probably want to replace it afterward.

Then run the installer, unselect everything and then select "Write PCH Scripts" It will create the required files GB-PVR.html, gbpvr.cgi browser.cgi and usb_a.cgi If you aren't using a guest mvpmc share you need to go back and edit gbpvr.cgi

Once it is installed you can remove lines from GB-PVR.html that you don't use. Remember to not use notepad or wordpad. You can also re-add any required configurations for DVD, share access etc.

I just installed the single script and had no end of problems! When playing the screen kept going black randomly but audio would continue. Couldn't figure out what was going on and after rebooting everything to no effect and realising that files played perfectly from PCH directly I finally figured it out. The new script didn't have the killall gaya line. Once this was added all was well again, phew.
Just thought I'd mention it in case others have similar problems

Thanks macgyver, this explains it, I commented this line out for some testing (that didn't work) and I forgot to put it back in. I have updated the installer.
