What's the reasoning behind these files?

Also, would there be a separate ChangeLog.txt for the SD and HD skins?

Community.nsi is mapped as if it were to be compiled from an active install directory, or a copy of one. A way to compile for less tech savy users that don't want to bother with SVN. We can pull that one out and rename the SVN version.
