Aspect ratio

I watch usually on an LCD monitor with 16:10 aspect ratio. For some avi files in order to view the movie with the correct aspect ratio I would need horizontal black bars, for others vertical. As it is I have very little control over the black bars (the monitor can be set to full screen (no black bars) or 4:3 (vertical black bars)).  I'd rank number one as the most needed feature in GBPVR the ability to adjust the aspect ratio. I'd love to be able to have GBPVR send the picture squished with e.g. horzontal black bars top and bottom!
