Has anyone got this card up and running on both DVB-T and DVB-S. Are you able to record 4 channals at once 2xdvt-t and 2xdvb-s?

hi sub,

i have finnally got a moment to get those log files for you to look at,
the last scan failed to see any channels at all !! I however after doing tthe scan used the pinnacle software and immediatly got bbc1 up and running (the last channel it was tuned too)

Previous attempts at scanning with gbpvr either end up with a crash or finding a couple of channels (I assumed on just one multiplex).

Hope you caan see the problem!

Hi Sub,

not sure if you looked at the logged above yet or the thread got lost over time ;-), but I noticed you have a PsiParser.ax patch do you think this could be related to my problem ?

Have you had any success with this card when you use someone else scan cache?

I think this is the only DVB-S card that I can use. I only have on e PCI-X slot on my motherboard and this would allow me to use DVB-T and DVB-S. Unless someone knows a PCI-X DVB-s or even better S2 card

Bathman,

I have this card working fine. I can get 2 Freeveiw DVB-T and one Freesat DVB-S streams simultaneously - only have one cable to the (ex-Sky) dish at the moment, so can't go for a fourth.

The channel scanning is a bit hit-and-miss, may take several iterations to get everything. By the way, gbpvr does detect the card as the BlackGold.

Good luck!
