USBUIRT double channel troubles

I have my USBUIRT working and taught to control my Phillips direct TV box. However, when the same number comes up twice in a row (ie 112 or 223) the box doesn't accept the second of the two same numbers giving me a wrong channel change (to 12 or 23, etc).

I know I somehow need to edit my IR config file but I am hoping for someone more techincally savy than me who has perhaps dealt with this in the past!

You could try searching the forums for InterCodeDelay or RepeatCount. These settings may help.

Sadly, most of the responses on this front involve NOT getting the problem solved or switching to girder. I'll make more posts on the USBUIRT forum and return if I get it solved.

Did you ever fix this problem? I'm have the same trouble and would be very grateful to know how you did it. (Or anybody else if they've managed to fix this problem).
