Restart Series Recording

What would be the easiest way to restart recording a TV show series? Would it be as simple as deleting what has already been recorded? Would GBPVR see those recordings as missing and re-record them or would it know it recorded them already even though the shows have been deleted?

You might not need to do anything, but to ensure it doesnt think they've been recorded recently, try deleting the season recording, run "pvrx2.exe -remotehistory", then recreate the season recording.

Would manually deleting the folder for the series then running "pvrx2.exe -remotehistory" do it?
