mc2xml new error? pic included

Hi! happy new year all

today i tried to populate my guide and I was left with an empty guide

So I went here found no complaints and went the mc2xml site and downloaded the latest... still same problem so I deleted my tuner to start fresh and gbpvr will not load the xml saying it is malformed.


anyone have this problem?

using epg for dishnet.

well I put mc2xml by itself into a new directory and started from scratch and still have the error so I cannot add my tuners to record anything....

update:

well I got restless hoping for an clue to if the problem was ms2xml or gbpvr so I remembered yapi2xml and ran that and created the guide.xml and had the same error... go figure...

so I uninstalled gbpvr and deleted my gbpvr directory and installed gbpvr and now I can install my guides...

now I just have to figure out all my icons mencoder settings and import numerous movie directories and I should be good to go

it says the sqlite database disk image is malformed...disk error or lockups..
it would have happened to any epg, as sqlite couldn't store it..

i had a weird epg glitch as well, tho it was just from database-busy..not epg fault..

if you kept your config.xml it should be ok to copy back to restore at least some of your settings...[only if same version gbpvr]

pretty sure it was just your database corrupted...why, dunno...usually scandisk errors from lockups or improper shutdowns..

Everything is great now just a little problem with no metadata info on my files since I use the auto convert to a mencoder script I made and the auto convert soes not move the metadata to the new file so that is a bummer

I had about 600 recordings in my database and no hiccups until now so that is a pretty good run
