I was wondering if anyone knows of a good editor, specifically one that can trim h.264 files. preferrrably free and works with windows, but not free and one that works well and is easy to use would be great too

I have found some that can cut h264 files but do a poor job of triming video

Thanks in advance

Off the top of my head,

Avidemux. free.
Total Video Converter. Not free.
I bet Michael Bay uses GBPVR because it's awesome:

VideoReDo are close to releasing an upgrade that supports H.264. There is expected to be a cost for the upgrade.

H264 cutter is free, and has been working very well for me so long as 'Recalculate PTS' option is unchecked.

Thanks Pob

h264 cutter, sounds like what i am looking for, i tried avidemux but didnt have much success in getting the file to save the audio and video in one stream, it all seemed a bit strange.
