MVP transcoding error

I am having issues playing media on an MVP. Anything that needs transcoding just restarts the MVP
In the MVP-PVRX2.exe-1.log, I see

Media stream thread caught exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'D:\MVP000F220006D42.mpg'.

above that, I see

Starting transcode with: C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\Third Party\FFmpeg\ffmpeg.exe -y -i "G:\Movies and Shows\..."

are there supposed to be quotes around the "c:\program files\...".
If I add the quotes, I can run FFMPG.exe manually just fine.

The app doesnt need the quotes.

When you try it, do you see ffmpeg appear in the task list, and does it keey running?

And it just miraculously works... the old 'look away and look back and everything is fine' fix

There seems to be a pattern though. I cold started my PVR box and the mvp. Trying to play anything needing transcoding doesn't work, and the MVP resets.
I close GB-PVR on the PVR box, bring up task manager, repeat and it works fine. FFMPEG pops up like expected, video playes on MVP.
Relaunch GB-PVR on the computer, still works fine.
Was able to get the same results twice.

It works, so I'm going to let it be. Will run through some test when I have a little more time.
