How many hours of TV do you generally put on 1 DVD

What quality do you record at?

How much time can you fit on an authored dvd at that quality?

Just curious to hear what people here do, and how it works out for them.

I put about 4 hrs onto a DVD, but will record at around 5000- 6000 and either re-encode or transcode to put the files on DVD.

It all depends on how good your TV signal is, and how much time and effort you want to spend on creating your DVD.
